The shipment of your package
The shipment of national orders (Italy and major islands) is entrusted to the express courier chosen by you within 48 hours of receipt of payment (working days).
Delivery takes place approximately within 24-48 hours from delivery to the courier (working days), depending on the destination area.
A few hours before delivery to the courier concerned (national shipments) we will send a confirmation email containing the tracking of the shipment with which it will be possible to follow the status starting from the following day from the carrier's website.
The cost of shipping varies according to the weight and volume of the items purchased and is highlighted in the cart each time an item is added. It is not possible: request delivery at fixed times of the day and request delivery upon telephone communication, for these options the courier requires a supplement that will be agreed by telephone or email before placing the order (not inserting it in the order notes) .
The standard rate does not include shipping to Livigno and smaller islands, orders with shipping to these destinations will be handled by registered mail.
Preparation of orders that include special interfaces usually takes 1/3 additional days.
